Yin yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga where poses are held for a longer duration. Somatic movement focuses on the inner sensations of the body rather than the look or any outward goal.
This class is suitable for absolutely anybody of any ability, even if you are brand new to yoga asana or embodied, somatic movement.
Classes are really intimate and are capped at 6 participants.
