What happens at this event?

Once monthly session dedicated to your wind down:

You can think of this session as a gooey descent into dream land. You can expect a blend of gentle somatic movement, yin yoga and yoga nidra; tastes of bedtime tea, aromas of lavender: and the loving sensations of being gently rocked to sleep - all with the intention of helping you find better all round sleep hygiene and sleep quality.

Things to remember

Come in comfy clothes - your PJs are welcomed! Bring:

  • your journal and a pen

  • your yoga mat

  • a pillow and a blanket

  • drinking water

  • weighted eye mask (optional but a beautiful addition for yoga nidra especially!!)
